This job was a big one, so I brought in a web design agency to help translate my ideas into reality. However, I was responsible for the rest of the project.

reviewed audiences and messaging
add new sections to meet different audience needs
rewrote the majority of the text
directed photoshoots to improve image quality
introduced an organisation-wide service directory with searchable database and map
The website was well-received and widely praised. People felt it was more professional, easier to navigate, more informative, and better reflected the charity's focus on people.
